The customer service at the store location could definitely use improvement. Very untrustworthy. Although, a customer never should have to make contact with personnel in the home office. They were very helpful I must say. I am still not completely satisfied. But, it is something that I can live with and learn from. I will not be returning. If anyone ask me about Standard Furniture in Hartselle, Alabama. I will not hold back. Thank for a great lesson learned.
