- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 13, 2020, by Amanda HugheyI ordered from Southern Comfort Designs in January 2017. After waiting for weeks I reached out to them to find out what was going on. I kept getting the response of some of the items I ordered were on backorder but should be in within the week. After TWO MONTHS I sent them a message to refund my order. They "refunded" my order in March 2017 and now its May 2017 and I still have not gotten "refunded". I've tried contacting them through their website and calling them but no one will respond back to me! Don't waste your time ordering from them.
