If anything was not up to our satisfaction, all we had to do was call or text and they made a special trip, pronto! Dustin has always spent plenty of time with us to explain what was or will be done and why. Each of those guys are friendly, we'll mannered and professional. I chose Ecopest over the more "well known" company's because of the price yes; but more so, because of their personable approach and willingness to provide the best product for the lowest amount in the friendliest manner. Not fake, just fact.
